Veranoa is trained in the arts of Raranga, Taaniko, piupiu, tukutuku, whatu kakahu and kowhaiwhai. She also has trained with Danish Goldsmiths in Silver smithing and now enjoys incorporating those skills into her weaving.  Veranoa is also a keen quilter.
